Dennis,
What Kevin referred to were the call-outs.
When you have a specific call-in number, one you give on the air, and
people call it, it is deemed they have given permission to be on the air.
If you get someone on the air and it appears they dialed the number
by mistake, all you have to do is terminate as quickly as you
realize, and there is no way they can hold you responsible. ...
unless there are any F-bombs, etc.
