I got around to reading the various Applications for the WGMS aux xmtr 
at the WTOP site.  The 44kW application/CP says it uses the same 
antenna pattern as the 15kW application/CP.  This might mean that the 
antenna was put up during their recent "winterizing" silent period.

I have repeated thoughts that WGMS will eventually use the WTOP site 
as its main and get a little power increase because of the lower HAAT. 
That would save money by decreasing the number of Bonneville's xmtr 
sites.  One might guess that American Univ is raising the rent at the 
present WGMS main site to help pay the $3.5 million they are giving 
their scandal-ridden president to leave.
