Yep.

It's a self supporter. About 300 feet high. 13.4 ohms base resistance. Ground
radials run over the building -  they are all elevated and the station gets
out exceptionally well, even with their (massive) 4 watts of nighttime power.

WJIB 740  Class D  Cambridge, MA, has its tower in a small courtyard 
in the middle of a one-story building.
