Hip-Hop is not an exclusively Black format. I live about 14 miles 
from Springfield, MA. The Black population isn't large here. I hear 
lots of Hip-Hop coming from cars driven by white kids. We found the 
same to be true in New Jersey.

Hip-Hop stations with access to demographics will tell you there's a 
substantial white audience.
