That only applies to US based techs. If you don't
get escalated, you are talking to India, and you
will spend an hour or more on the phone while they put
you on hold repeatedly to go discuss it among themselves,
and ask you to reboot everything one more time.
This thread can probably go to AF now, as it has
wandered sufficiently for broadcast.
