There are, or were, some power tubes that appeared to be nickel plated. They
often had "issues"  But  pls note that under the silver plating of most
is--guess what--steel ! .........

Brass is used in FM tx tube sockets, PA cavity and tuning areas.
Brass is non-magnetic. NEVER use magnetic nickel plated hardware
in RF circuits. Electromagnetic currents have issues with magnetic
hardware.
