[BC] APNIC

I have been made aware that some of you are having trouble sending 
email to the list today, due to something apparently called "APNIC" 
which is rejecting posts.

We are trying to find out what this is/means.

In the meantime, if you have ANY trouble posting, please send the 
post to me and I will be happy to relay it to the list until we get 
this solved.

For those who have trouble even with the oldradio.com address my 
direct email is my first initial and last name at cox net.
