[BC] Pos-ting Licenses - Photocopies OK?

Memories of taking the 3rd phone circa Chicago 1970...

Taking the train downtown (I was all of 14)..walking to
the Federal Building..taking the elevator up to the FCC..
and answering that multiple choice question about what
to do when the tower lights are out - and being certain
that I didn't answer:

"turn the building spotlights upward"....

Whether or not it has the statement written on it legally they are all the  
same. I have one of each.  Element 9 today is for a GMDSS Maintainer's  
License. Four is no more.
