[BC] First Phone Licenses

In moving the last time, my first phone license which was renewed as a wonderful "General" some years ago, got torn.  I wonder if it is possible to get a replacement.  I can still remember my FCC 1st class license number.

I doubt they even offer replacements, and I wouldn't want to begin going thru the beaurocratic nightmare of finding out, but if someone happens to just know if replacements are avialable I'd love to get one.
