About 5 or 6 years ago, I walked by our receptionist's desk and noticed her 
telephone.  This is a PBX phone that has paper labels (for the buttons) 
behind plastic covers that pop out (so you can change the paper labels).

You guessed it ... the plastic label covers on her telephone were covered with 
multiple layers of whiteout.

And no, she's not blonde; just ditzy.  That's about all I can say without 
getting myself in trouble ... ;-)
