Isn't this essentially what Qualcomm (I think) is doing with the 
purchase of a TV channel across the country for a national WiFi-type 
system? I know Cingular, Sprint and Verizon are rolling out high 
speed services that will include content. Of course, none of the 
services are available in my market.

My guess it that these services will make IBUZ obsolete so long as 
they don't get too complicated to access.
