[BC] $10 Billion From Sale Of Analog TV Freqs

Buried in an AP story yesterday was a mention that the upcoming Bush budget 
will  have an income item of $10 Billion from auctioning analog TV freqs to 
wireless providers thanks to DTV freeing the spectrum space.  If we have 10 
analog BC radios in each household, how many Blackberrys does this plan 
allocate to each HH?
