Some people like Dialog4 for keeping a PC's clock accurate.  I have used
AboutTime for years.  I love it.  It's very unobtrusive.  Download here...

BTW, WindowsXP has time setting built-in. However, changing the
frequency of its updates involves registry changes.  AboutTime is easy
and flexible, plus it acts as a time server to your other PCs on the
network.
