yeah, but that's a fake thing.  the FCC used to issue extra class op tickets 
that were similar to 1st cl. phone in appearance (except they were blue ink 
on white paper) but they quit doing it in the 1970s.  you sent a letter 
requesting one along with your station license to your district office and 
they issued it, sent it back to you along with your station license.

now that i think about it, i should probably put the fancy looking license 
in my bank deposit box because if anything happened to the original i 
wouldn't be able to replace it.
