I'm keeping an eye on the Qualcomm thing. It's called MediaFLO and will
operate nationwide on Channel 55, allowing wireless carriers to deliver
"broadcast type" content without loading down their own networks. The
antenna sites will be high profile, with ability to install several in each
market to provide good fill.

Oualcomm isn't wasting any time getting this system built. I saw one of
their transmitters on 4 Times Square a couple of weeks ago and have heard
they are offering incentives to convince WHYY-DT here in Philadelphia to
vacate 55 ahead of schedule if a substitute channel can be found.
Once they install a transmitter on Mt. Greylock you should be all set.
