Did anyone really expect more? Somehow it seems the name "Communications"
is taken too literally.
Maybe we need a Federal BROADCAST Commission in addition to the FCC. I
nominate Roy Stewart as Chairman. He's near enough to retirement from his
staff job and actually knows a thing or two about broadcasting, or is that
a reason he'd never get the job?
Oops! Scratch that. It can't happen, government is downsizing, or so they
tell us.
