[BC] Operator license replacement

I'm a West Coast boy. Got my 1st phone in Boss Angeles. Renewed on Battery St. in San Francisco then in Portland and then it was over.

Another show of hands. How many people remember the name Operational Engineering School in Huntington Beach and Bill Ogdon?
