it was a Unofficial visit. Basically the man showed up here with a FIM and
flashed a badge at my landlady and said i was operating an illegal radio
station. my landlady asked if he had a warrant. no. she told him to leave. i
was out. he said he would wait for me to come home. i waited up he never
showed. it's been 2-1/2 weeks nothing on FCC website no letter. I thought i
was operating part 15, but gues not. the rules for FM need to be more
clearer like the AM Rules. I emailed him and spoke on the phone to him. he
tried to discourage me from doing any broadcasting legal or otherwise. he
had a bad attitude and was not a nice guy. I think he was mad because the
voice of my Friend was on the station as voice tracks. my friend Was
definately running pirate(40watts) and got caught by this same person and
visited. same there no letter it's been 2 months for him. our engineer we
got all this equipment from brought us all Rangemasters and we are going to
start the Oldies AM 1700 Radio network.
