[BC] Along the lines of SB coverage

Many times shows that follow live sports (or a really good car chase)are
JIP'ed (joined in progress) or abbreviated for either time or rating
book reasons.  One of the most labor intensive (and phone calls to every
manager one can think of) parts of my job is trying to make it back on
time so that the remainder of the broadcast schedule airs as planned.
