[BC] Tower company

In Ohio's online records, there is a bankruptcy showing 
which seems to be them.

Seems that a rival/split company, Pittsburg Tank and Tower 
shared some of the same directors.

Three years ago they did a tower assesment for $300 during a 
sweep of the midwest.  It was beautifully done.  However, I 
didn't follow up and have them do the work.
