[BC] WVXA and Interlochen Center For The Arts

The new owners are going to have WVXA reclassified as a commercial 
station. The translators were a donation of goodwill.

As far as Interlochen, I've had family members study there and they 
speak well of the place.
As for Dr. James McCluskey, don't know him, but, I've been out of 
Michigan broadcasting since Tom Bosscher discovered tranistors......
