[BC] Automation Mishaps....or lazyness on the stations part?

In my market, one station airs ABC network news. At 10 or 11pm I like to
catch that. 

For weeks, the station continues to mix a PSA with the news audio feed.
Something in their automation is not right. I've sent a polite email to
the listed address on their web site, no answer and it's still not
corrected. It only does it during this one syndicated show. At other
parts of the day they get it "right".
