Well it's been three weeks since i was busted for running that 100mw station
that was mentioned under the AM radio kit - busted thread. Well yesterday i
checked my email and found an email from this FCC agent requesting my
personal info through email. IE: my birthday, DL#, SS#, Address, type of
transmitter used, and he request i send him said transmitter. I sold that
thing the same week i heard he had visited me. I think i need a Comm Lawyer
that will do pro-bono work. I don't know how to deal with this guy. I was
not home when he showed. He showed up alone, didn't leave any paperwork or
wait for me to come home. Tried to get my landlady to let him in w/o me
being there and with out a warrant. and now he is emailing trying to fish
for info. I don't know what this guys deal is or what to do about him. it
should be known that this guy has showed up at several other stations who
were pirate and new they were pirate(read: running commercial exciters)
getting out 15 or so miles and all they got was an unofficial verbal warning
no paperwork and this guy even showed up at one pirates house at 10pm on a
sunday night alone, no partner, no marshals, no local cops. is this guy a
rogue agent, is he following any procedure or is he just doing what he
likes. to guage my operation i was going 3/4 mile on a good car radio and
thought i was legal and explained that to this guy.

Thank You,
