[BC] Citadel is a minority

With ABC owning 52% it seems they're not out of radio. If Citadel 
were the controlling partner the radio calls might have to change. 
I'm sure ABC isn't willing to give up heritage calls on their TV 
stations. It was described as a merger rather than a sale. Frankly, 
it's a little confusing. Neither Radio Disney nor ESPN have ABC 
branding, so no name changes are necessary. I've been told that the 
name of the radio division will be changed to Citadel Communications. 
As a former ABC Radio Network employee it feels strange.
