 This is not quite the case.

1)  This may be similar to the Inovonics Omega's stereo-gen, but
     was developed by another party.
2)  The 'companion audio processor' was developed along the lines
      of the Inovonics Omega, but runs under Windows, has fewer
      features (like built-in parallel processing for HD), has
      considerably more latency than the Inovonics' 10mS delay.
      and has been taken off the market.
3)  The Inovonics Omega is still very much alive as a product and is
      selling well with current Rev. 3 software.  While the Omega
      does not sell for 'peanuts,' it's about half the price of
      comparable products.
