Has anyone seen software for a RDS encoder (or generator) that runs on a computer, rather than a standalone box like Burk, Innovonics and others make? Serial data (song titles) from an automation system that would fed into the RDS computer. RDS data would be outputted from a sound card in the computer which would be fed into an FM exciter.
