Well, my ex employer is at it again.
I had to give them an address to send me my W2 forms. I don't want them
having any idea where Im physically located so I had permission from my friend to
use the Mailboxed ETC drop off he has in Nevada and used partially for work
with a radio station there.
My ex employer, namely their CE apparently called up the station and found
out I didn't work there and is now refusing to send it to Reno in any other
manner then registered restricted mail which Only I can sign for, and obviously
I can't since Im not in Reno.
Rama Communications say they wanna send it that way so they can prevent any
claims of not sending it. Yet they refused to send it via UPS or Fed Ex which
would give thgem asically the same guarentee of delivery. They just want to
know where I am physically located so they can f**k with me.
On top of this, they claim I never gave them my address up until a few days
ago. They are neglecting to remember I called their secretary with my address
2 weeks ago and when she took my address, she said, "We are out of stamps, it
will be mailed Monday".
They also claim I damaged equipment and they didn't find out till a week
after I left!! How is that possible when about 4 months BEFORE I left they told
a contract engineer "No not at this time" when he offered to come and fix it
then? They are also claming i damaged their remote control when in reality
they are just pissed ecause the unit is calling a number that is no longer valid
and they can't reprogram it.
They also claim I destroyed the public file. In reality, almost a month
after I was fired, but still in the building and about 3 days before I left, I
actually spent 2 hours on a Sunday night organizing it.
They ALSO threatened to file a Petition To Deny on anything Im a co owner or
sole owner of now or in the future.
Help. What do I do?
