It appears he means typical directional antennas.  The FCC data base
shows the pattern data for all FM-DA's. You can search a large area
and copy/paste using the medium detail output of FM Query. One of 
the columns indicates DA stations.

Use the search function of your browser to look for DA's in the
output. However, it is a good idea to omit the reserved band from
the channels in the search because most of the DA's there will be
V-Pol only.
