You could also do general delivery. Simply tell them to send them to you c/o
General Delivery at the zip code you're in now. You have to go to the window
to pick up your mail (and show an ID) but that's all...

why not just sign up for a PO box in the area that you live now?  Provided
you have an unlisted phone number they really cant do much harassing of you
with just the town that you live in, unless the population count is 100 or
so.

as for the other stuff, especially the last about threats of filing negative
comments on anything you may wish to be a partner of in the future, If you
have any lawyer friends now would be a great time to ask one to pull a favor
and make call for you and ask that they stop harassing you.  Most people
when confronted with a lawyer stop their barking real quick since their
petty BS isn't worth racking up legal bills over.
