How about the person that did the weekend horror flicks.  The Ghoul in
Detroit and Cleveland on the Kaiser stations, "Pluck you magic twanger,
Froggy"

Or St. Petersburg Tampa  Dr. Paul Bearer.  "I'll be lurking for you"

Or Sir Graves Ghastly also in Detroit.

In the SF bay area, I remember Captain Sattelite on KTVU, and Mayor Art on
KRON. My brother and sisters were on Mayor Art's Gallery.
