[BC] Windows XP firewall

Very true, Dale. I figure any one with a port scanner will find it no matter
what port I put it on, so I try to stop them by hiding in plain site. As I
was just describing to Barry, I have my routers set to ignore all ICMP
requests, so they are a black hole to any ping or other probe attemts.
Someone would have to guess the static IP I'm using. They could certainly
scan a block of IP's for open ports and find it, which is why the PCAnywhere
useername and passwords are very long, and random. I literally close my eyes
and press keys until the voices in my head tell me to stop. Then I randomly
capitalize and end up with a 10 to 20 character username; then do the same
for the password.
Some hardware just doesn't let you change the port, either. For example, try
changing the port on the Omnia remote control access from 23. Fortunately,
that is deceptive enough since it's not a "telnet" session.
