DEFINITELY change the ports. Move up into the 5 digit zone, past 15000 or
so. Port scanners not to curious in those areas...

Not in my stations it doesn't. It uses ports far removed from those,
and different for each machine. Anyone above the skill level of a
script kiddie knows those port numbers and many other default values
that may allow ingress into a network. Using any default values in
remote management software, in a router, or in a wireless access
point is just too risky.
