[BC] Elevated ground systems

My name isn't Roy, Carl or Phil but.....
Main disadvantages of an elevated ground system are theft of copper,
and damage by walking or riding over (bikes, snowmobiles, etc). If I
have to lay radials on the ground I use black insulated wire to try as
best as possible to disguise the fact that it is copper. I will also spray
paint flat black the ground straps for the same reason.
