Woodrow the Woodsman - Ch 3
Barnaby - Ch 3
Miss Barbara on our Romper Room - Ch 5
Cap'n Penny (Ron Penfound, also was the Indians stadium announcer) - Ch 5
Mr. Jing-a-ling (whose real life wife was my English teacher) - Ch 5
Big Chuck and Houlihan and Little John etc etc - Ch 8
The Ghoul - Ch 61
Ghoulardi (Ernie Anderson, later ABC's main promo voice) - Ch 8

I'm sure there are more, but those are who I remember.
