At the local airport, there are three 60 or 80 foot tall towers in some sort
of (I think) directional array.
They have 18 wires suspended from the top. much longer than the tower.
These wires are insulated from each other, and from the tower, forming a
group of 5 wires on each side, held out from the tower by their balanced
insulated feedlines and guyss... I'm guessing they're VHF or HF stuff for
aircraft, but I'm not sure...
