Now if you were a tree hugging commie socialist that likes government
intervention, how about this. An 8090 like proposition for AM. If you are a
daytimer you upgrade to full time. If this is technically impossible (after IBOC
goes to the supreme court, this will be less of a problem) you must shut down if
you are in the way of another station that is full time and improving coverage.
