Alan,
There radials in the picture don't seem to go out 1/4 wavelength.
They look short! How long are they?

That's apparently just the way the sun is hitting it. That's my Tahoe
parked under it trust me if it looked in any way like it was having
problems I wouldn't be parked their. The tower paint was good (I know
because I had just checked it) and the tower was fine. In fact it had
just finished being stress tested by it's 3rd hurricane this year when I
took that shot.
