[BC] Bluetooth gets FM

Here's an interesting development -- a combo Bluetooth/FM chip that 
includes includes "all the FM features product designers would look 
for in an advanced FM radio product, including high receiver 
sensitivity, station information enhancements through intelligent 
Radio Data Service (RDS) and Radio Broadcast Data Service (RBDS) 
processing, and superior tuning and station search functions."  The 
manufactuer, Broadcom, projects that "332 million handsets will 
include FM radio by 2009."

Between this and Apple's new iPod accessory, it appears the market 
for analog FM radio is still healthy.   The fact that it's an open 
standard, in use worldwide, probably has something to do with this.
