HD CRT??? or SD CRT???. I have seen video breakup on the HD feed which due to
the digital processing and transmission temporarily freezes into pixilization.
That is very different from overall crappy video and motion artifacts. At home I
get an excellent picture in HD. I saw a friend's LCD panel which was tuned to
the SD channel. The artifacts were awful. I switched to the HD channel and the
video was greatly improved. I did not scrutinize it for motion artifacts as much
as I did my CRT. In all instances Time Warner Cable New York was the carrier.
