Charlie's only a few years older than me. I'd say late '60's, maybe 70. 
Amazing man.

He is inexpensive because he has little overhead. Talk to Paul Jellison or 
most any other Cincinnati, or former Cincinnati, engineer about Charlie.

The only drawback, is that Charlie can become behind with his work schedule 
when weather does not cooperate. He doesn't have the manpower to catch up 
quickly. He will do a fine job for you.
