It's too bad you didn't get a picture of the operator's expression when he  
first saw you.  That would have worth the visit just by itself!!
 
With all of those fluorescent tubes glowing like you described, I can only  
imagine the intense magnetic field present in that tuning house.  If Tesla  
were still alive, he would probably have a field day in there!
