[BC] Part 15 Comunity Radio over 802.11a/b/g, anyone ever consider this????

it's possible to use WiFi gear to successfully serve a small town.
802.11a/b/g is allowed 4 watt ERP at up to 108Mbps per a AP. 120 deg Sector
panels, BDA's, and other High quality components are available on ebay. You
could easily set up a scalable mesh network and simulcast over a AM1k
rangemaster AM Tx at each node. with the availablity of WiFi Boomboxes and
Walkmans, I feel the future is streaming stations over Broadband Wireless,
especially in small cities and towns. Just think multiple stations could
pool their resources and set up a Community Wireless System and Broadcast.
the possibilities are endless.
