[BC] Part 15 Comunity Radio over 802.11a/b/g, anyone ever considerthis????

A legal Part 15 FM system over an unobstructed path with no reflections 
should produce about 2 uV/m at that distance.  A very good FM receiver 
using a yagi rx antenna might work for this short-term purpose...?
