Chris- I heard that their main router took a dive, and they had to replace 
it, then reprogram the replacement. That's gotta hurt! I can only assume that 
they will have a hot-swappable spare, now... they were completely offline for a 
number of hours. It surprised me that they actually had such a catastrophic, 
single point-of-failure, since they have plenty of server redundancy, etc. I 
have been very happy with their service for a number of years, now. Hopefully, 
this won't happen again.
