[BC] A nice, legit, Part 15 AM box

I've seen this before.

First it is a kit.  Second, it requires extra work to build a water proof 
enclosure if it is mounted outdoors, third no loading coil - you have make one 
your self - fourth, no ability for synchronous operation. In short, this is a 
completely different transmitter than the Range Master. If I wanted to actually 
broadcast via part 15, the Rangemaster or fairly exotic DIY seems to be the only 
real game in town.
