I think everyone in here can relate to this. There is something missing from your list. Changing the light bulbs (florescent or otherwise) You think I'm kidding? Now this is KCBS O&O in San Francisco where I worked. The Chief Engineer changed the florescent lamps!!! I used to feel for him. I have to add, he was an executive (nice person) and we had the union guys working on the gear but I always felt sorry for him when he came around doing that. He always had this certain look on his face.
