         Staff decided to have its revenge.)

         A complete reload was needed.<<

In my ideal world, that person's job was automatically forfeited, for
changing things that he/she was not authorized to change and for those
changes leading to dead air.  Another facet of acceptable-use policies
is clearly delineating what users can and cannot do, and what the
consequences are when such rules are violated.
