It is done well, and imaginative use of available resources for parts.
Notice the A panel used for mounting the transformers.

I worked a daytime AM many years ago, and found many things like this laying
around (none quite so neatly done), and the basic chassis material was the
aluminum from the old 16" transcription discs. The old chief had even made a
harmonic filter for the old Gates BC5P out of many of these discs and
threaded rod, and mounted them in a box made of the same.
