Are they going to still keep the "Merry Christmas" liners running all year?

All I can say, is that if I was listening to a station that called itself 
"Traveller Info Radio" because I wanted to know what was available to me, and 
heard a "Merry Christmas" liner in April, I'd punch the button right then... I 
figure that if they were so lazy and/or too stupid to change that announcement, 
how can I know if any of the other information being aired isn't from 1993?
