Not just "some owner"-- but a guy with many years in the Boston 
market.  His name was George Jaspert, and he had been the GM at WBZ in the 
1920s and worked as a GM in the midwest during the 30s.  He came back to 
Boston to put WCCM on the air, which happened, I believe, in 1947.
